Small items (e.g. pebbles, pumps) will be delivered via Australia Post or our freight partner. All orders must be signed for on delivery; if no one is available to sign for the delivery, a card outlining alternative arrangements will be left.
Most of our water fountains / features will be delivered to your door by our freight partner. All orders must be signed for on delivery; if no one is available to sign for the delivery, a card will be left and delivery will be re-attempted another day.
For water fountains and certain other oversized items we employ the specialist services of our freight partner. You will be contacted by phone to arrange a suitable time for receiving your delivery. Please allow up to 7-10 days from your date of order (of in-stock items) to receive this call. Your purchase is pre-assembled and pre-inspected before it leaves the warehouse, repackaged for safe transit, carefully carried into the location of your choice, unpacked, fully assembled (if required) and all packaging is removed. Please note that we are unable to re-arrange existing furniture indoors or outdoors, to assemble at your desired location.
NOTE: We are unable to provide our full WhiteGlove service to some areas classified as “Country” in the table below. For more details about our water fountain delivery process for “Country” areas, please contact us.

Once your order has been fulfilled at our Distribution Centre (for in-stock items allow up to 7 working days to receive your Order Fulfilment email), it will ship to you according to the following timetable:

Once your order has been received (you will get an email notification), our freight partner will phone you to arrange a suitable time for delivery. Please allow up to 7-10 days from your date of order (of in-stock items) to receive this phone call. You will then have your confirmed date for delivery. Note: for out-of-stock items, you will receive a call only once your item is back in stock at our Distribution Centre.
We will ship any out-of-stock items you may have ordered as soon as they are back in stock. The “stock status” date indicated online at your time of purchase should be used as a guide only and may be subject to change. In the event of an extended delay, we will notify you by email.
All prices quoted online include GST. All prices quoted online exclude shipping and delivery charges.
Delivery is only available within Australia at this time. Only customers with an Australian billing address can purchase from this website.
